Sailed the Summit this past fall and visited the Normandie....Tryed to scan the menu I brought home and it came out to a 11 Meg file, so will not send it. But you will be very satisfied in dinning there. We picked a non formal night, just to dress up. Chaterubriand can not be beat. You can sign up on line for reservations or you can reserve on the ship. It does fill up, so do not delay.. You will not be disappointed......Happy Cruisin"
