well i can see you all are fans of the norway . i also thought it was great. my familly and i cruise every year . and i still am not happy with the way ncl handled things and i did expect to be compensated in a equitable way. Glad to hear you are all happy about the outcome but i would and do not run our business in such a manner. Oh well . Sorry about the caps. I am new to the computer and i did not know that caps had a negative conotation. I sure would like to drop byonce in a while and talk to all of you if you are not to offended. i did find a great cruise agent on the internet she is so wonderful she even offered to handle the ncl refund for me . She found me a great deal on the victory a carnival ship. i havenever cruised on the carnival ship i have two small children one 8,11, and 20. My husband and i are in our 40,s and we are so happy now we leave the same day and i never saw such a good deal on a carnival ship. does anyone have any info .
