I know some may have had trouble with customer relations, but my daughter called them about 2 weeks ago just to make sure the refunds were coming automatically and that no travel agent had any control. She was treated with respect, informed all refunds would be applied by the end of last week and we got our cc statement today. Our refund was credited on Thurs July 24th That's pretty fast as far as I am concerned especially when you consider how many refunds had to be processed. As for Norway being the cheapest ship on the water, this is not true though the prices were among the lowest. Now as for NCL making money, let's look at this thing realistically. No cruiseline is making much money today anymore than the airlines. They work on a very small profit margin. Think of what it is costing them to loose the Eastern Caribbean market for close to one year at best. Insurance will cover some, but not all the costs by any means. I am just happy to have my refund. Why do so many people think they should get something for nothing? If the Norway had not been there to begin with we would not have had these great suites for under $1000 per person and would have settled for what was available. I just don't get it.   Sorry if I haven't much conpassion for those who are disappointed, but we are all in the same boat and had to make changes in our plans. Life goes on.
