There are parking decks on the roof of each of the terminals. I believe the cost is $24 a day, payable in advance, cash only. You can check at www.nypst.com Just be aware that the traffic can be a bit hectic in the area depending on the number of ships embarking/disembarking. Sorry, but can't help you out on the pearl hunting. We did the See and Sea and enjoyed that - one part you are sitting under the water which was neat.
