Norwegian Dawn stops

I am wondering if anyone noticed the Norwegian Dawn stopped very close to Isla Majeres, just off of CANCUN?

Just wondering if there was a problem on board and they had help from the Mexican Navy, or just stopped to correct a time problem for entering Cozumel or other local.

Didn't notice but.... What was their port time, are they due in the morning? if they were early they would likely remain out of territorial waters doing the circle dance so they could keep the shops and casino open until they dock in the morning at their schesduled local time. On the other hand with all the virus scare they may have been held back waiting for clearance from health authorities. Crap'e shoot but interesting at this point............
