Hi Everyone,

I have a question.  I am a first time cruiser and will be taking the Norwegian Dawn next May.  We are looking to get an outside view.. Can anyone tell me if Deck 8 is loud .. I see all the action is on the floor right below.. so I am afraid the rooms will be very loud?  Any suggestions?
