<p>Norwegian Cruise Line announced today the introduction of à la carte specialty dining at the line’s signature specialty restaurants.<br /><br />Guests will experience this starting in Oct. on the new Norwegian Escape, where they can choose to dine at any of 11 complimentary dining options or experience new flavors at Norwegian’s signature specialty restaurants on an à la carte basis.
