I have heard so much about the over the door plastic holders and never even given it a thought, but might this time. We cruised the Sea many years ago in the same cat we have this time I think. We were satisfied with the storage yet could always use a little more. As for dining we have found an hour and 1/2 is pretty normal for dinner on any ship. It's part of what we enjoy about cruising. I agree if you are in a hurry the Bar-B-Que would be a good bet. I think we will try it once.NMNita
