I've always gotten excellent service from Carnival (I always book thru a TA) that being said I usually communicate with them thru e-mail ( guestinfo@carnival.com ) . They once even went to the trouble of finding out if they serve Barq's root beer on-board (Hi My name is Shannon and I'm a root beer-a-holic) it seems no question was too small (or too strange) for them.SDB
