I'm trying to book a Southern Caribbean cruise for November on the Constellation and I can't find a balcony stateroom that's available. Is this really possible? Are there certain brokers or agents I should work with at this point? I know we waited until the date was pretty close, but it's not really last minute. What do you all think?
