That's means they are outside.

Once again ,thanks.
We decided to take a car service rather then park on the roof. We live in the New York area and we still have not had that big snow so far. My luck there would be a blizzard the night before the ship gets back and I would be digging my car out.
It also turned out to be $13 cheaper roundtrip then the parking and tolls.
