Oasis Questions

I have some questions about the Oasis of the Seas;

1) Is Johnny Rockets free for breakfast? (I am getting mixed answers for this.)

2) If you have reservations for shows, how much before showtime do you have to get there for good seats?

3) Does everyone dress up for formal nights?

4) Can you get sushi to go at Izumi?

5) How long are the lines for the Florider/Zipline?

6) What time do you board? (I heard anywhere from 10:30am to 3:00pm on post boards.)

One of our long time members, lizardstew, was on the Oasis in September. When she came home she posted a day by day review of her trip. I can answer two of your questions.

We usually head for the ship around 10:30. Check in starts by 11 and we're usually one of the first on board. Sometimes you are asked not to go to your cabin until 1 so we head for the buffet. After lunch we have been known to put our carry ons in a deck chair and play shuffleboard until we can go to our cabins.

As for formal nights, not everybody participates but we always do. To us, it is a part of the cruise experience. I own my own tux but have never worn it on dry land but have on every cruise,.

Was on Oasis few weeks ago, let's see what I remember.
Did not eat breakfast at Johnny Rockets, but what I remember it was free.
Everyone do not dress up on formal nights, I do.
Don't think you get sushi to go at Izumi.
Did not try the Flowrider, did the Zip Line, did wait just 10 minutes or so.
October 16th, I was onboard the Oasis at 11:05.

1) Is Johnny Rockets free for breakfast? (I am getting mixed answers for this.) Yes, it was free, but it was not good at all. Imagine dripping eggs, bacon and potatoes in the fryer all at once...

2) If you have reservations for shows, how much before showtime do you have to get there for good seats? We had no trouble arriving 20-30 min. before.

3) Does everyone dress up for formal nights? We were at the 6pm dining and about 85% of people did dress up the 1st night. The 2nd was more like 60%.

4) Can you get sushi to go at Izumi? Did not notice.

5) How long are the lines for the Florider/Zipline? The lines were longest the first and last day. But, most of the time, the wait was about 5-15 min.

6) What time do you board? (I heard anywhere from 10:30am to 3:00pm on post boards.) We arrived about 11:30 and boarded right away with no line at all.
