I can't tell you about the ships you mentioned..however, we were on the Elation in a partially obstructed view cabin....we had a life boat to the left of us and the viewing deck above the bridge to the right of us...in front of us was a crane used to lower life rafts.
We could see pretty well as long as we looked straight ahead. The balcony was still nice to have....and I'd select a partially obstructed view again if the price was right.

Fully obstructed views on the Elation were the cabins with the life boats directly in front of them....however, the brochure I have states your view would only be partially obstructed.

We haven't been on the Triumph but we have been on the Victory...another great ship!
