Ocean & Sea Princess

What happened to both of these ships? I enjoy looking @ itineraries for all different cruises, and just recently I went back to look @ something I saw for the Sea Princess except now on travelociy, and the princess website it says there are no itineraries currently available. Just curious. And it says the same for the Ocean princess on travelocity, and it's not even listed on the Princess website. Again, just curious.

The Ocean Princess has been turned over to P&O, Princes' parent company and is now called Oceania. The Sea Princess just finished this week its last voyage under Princess' flag and will also become a P&O ship. The Golden and Grand will take over the Sea Princess itineraries.
