IMO it depends a LOT on the deck position of the lower level cabin. If it is foward U possibly could have more water noise and anchor noise and if its aft the Century is known to have some vibrational problems at times when entering and exiting ports. We have done it both ways and each way has its advantages. The higher level inside might be a bit quieter and closer to the pool and outdoor areas. The lower level will be a bit closer to the inside public areas and be a have a bit more noise associated with it. Hope this helps.,
