There is a beach at Margaritaville...it's small and I believe they charge you too use it....it's right off the pier in the new shopping center they recently built.

They really try to give you a party experience similar to a Carlos n Charlies, but they just can't get the crowd into it.....lot's of families and such.....

Upstairs is the restaurant, serving your standard Margaritaville menu (cheesburger in paradise, etc). It's a cool place to hang out and have a few Red Stripes...

The beach at Margarittaville isn't that great. The view from the beach looking out to the water had a big crane blocking the view. You can use the beach if you purchase something from Margarittaville (we had lunch). I'm sure there are nicer beaches somewhere, but this was nothing to write home about.

The "beach" is like my lake Erie, rocks, questionable stuff then farther out clear water. 'Ritaville is a rushed dinning atmosphere, you have to ignore that, there is a party area on the lower and upper decks which neither clinches the party atmosphere or is low key enough for families. There is a waterslide off the top deck and flotation devices you can use to take out to two water trampolines. Off to your left is the pier. you get some good photo shots of your boat here. For our easy going family of 10-78 yrs. old.... loved the dinning and food, ignored being rushed.... took many pictures, including a side vestibule that had great foliage and then the water and ship... but all of us love any party atmosphere period, kids, grandma, and hub and I (in 30's) found this a HUGE disappointment compared to the 'Ritaville in Orlando Fl.

To be fair, if you review my posts, I HATED Jamaica... even though I believe I was open minded at the time. It didn't do a thing for us but waste two days at sea, only to see a slum. So there's your disclaimer. I always advise anyone to do an excursion... stay off the island,,,but again IMHO...
