If you are interested taking a tour of the Atlantis you can get a cab at the dock -- once you get to the Atlantis you can go to the casino and purchase a wrist band ( pass ) that allows you to tour the hotel and especially the " Dig ". You will not be allowed to use the pools, etc. I have forgotten exactly what the cost per person is but I think it's $30 or a little more. It's well worth it.You can also catch a water taxi from the dock area but it's slow and you will have to walk quite a distance once you get to the docking area. The taxi is much the better deal as it take you to the door.Carnival does offer a tour of the Atlantis but in this case I would recommend doing it on your own.You might also try Atlantis .com for additional info. :wave
