I guess I should have put this in one of my other two threads. I've booked a cheapo upper and lower cabin now, of course, there isn't any real virtual "tour" of their low end cabin but I'd like to see what I'm getting into. Has anyone had an upper and lower?

I'm on the lowest deck towards the stern next to the elevators so I should be rock steady and it is mere steps to the elevator to the universe dining room two decks up. The sun and sea pool 9 decks up where I'll probably spend most of my on board time.

Most of my CCL cruises are in 1a cabins. For the most part, they're just a little smaller than a 4a (or any other) inside cabin. But, without the aded "footprint" of an added lower bed, it actually appears a little bigger. I don't know what ship you're on, but you'll have at least a stool/vanity/counter. More than adequate storage.

You also might have a chair/sofa.

Sorry, it is Destiny. I the photos on the website show bunk beds which is fine but you don't find much other info, like a floor plan like you do the other cabins.

We accidentally ended up in one of these cabins. It was smaller than the normal cabin but not bad for two people. Everything was basically the same except the "extra" room for the non-existant twin bed to convert to a king. Nothing wrong with the Riviera Deck either.

Seems like once we had a cabin near the elevator and didn't notice any extra noise because of it either.
