Our last cruise was on the Century 4/17/2004. The 1st night on board 2 of the dinner entrees were prime rib & veal picatta. I love both. I asked our waiter for a suggestion on the choice. He steered me to the prime rib. It was ok, but an extremely thin slice & 25% inedible fat. Certainly not equal to an Outback portion. I was still hungry (and felt bad about my selection) so I asked the waiter for the veal picatta. He was more then happy to bring it out in a flash. The downside was I was so full I could only eat 2 desserts that night, lol. We both felt that the selection and presentation of the food on the cruise was outstanding and the service could not have been any better.I know you are all wondering..... I gained a total of 5 lbs on the cruise & lost it in a week.
