Are you still allowed to bring on 2 bottles of wine/champane as you board?

There isn't any limit to the number of bottles of wine and/or champagne that you can take on a HAL ship.

Some people have taken on a couple of cases.

If you do take any bottles to the dining room -- the new corkage fee is $18 per bottle. In you concume it in your cabin -- no fee.

Ask one of your cabin stewards to get a corkscrew for you.

One Time I forgot to bring a cork screw. I ask if I could borrow one , My cabin steward gave me one and told me to keep it. I was so surprise , I left him a larger than normal tip at the end of the cruise!
Thats one of the reasons I like cruising with Holland America:doubleup:

That waas very nice of the cabin steward to let you keep the corkscrew.
