We just got back from Colon, Panama on the Freedom. A couple we know have a 3 year old and they did a ship excursion and she stayed at Camp Carnival. They normally would not have done this, but they knew we were not going on an excursion and would be there for their little one ( we were on their emergency list)...should there be an issue.Four tours were late getting back but the ship waited an hour for them all to return...since they were ship tours.They did the train tour. It used to be train there and bus back....but their tour was trying something new. They did the train there AND BACK....no bus.
