Does anyone have any helpful info. for first time cruisers,
we are sailing June 1.
We have 3 couples going and we booked outside cabins 6A, we are all
divers that is why we booked the west carb, do you know the price
of the dives, should we book with the ship or try to book on our own
to save money? And if we don't dive is there a must see or do at
any of these ports?
If you have been on this ship, how was your cabin and food?
Thanks!

We did the Eastern Carib on the Paradise - March 30th sailing so can't help you with the itinerary. It was the 2nd time we've sailed on her because we really like the non smoking atmosphere. The cabins are a nice size with plenty of storage space. Entertainment was very good. The pizza in the buffet on the Lido deck is the best of any ship I've been on, and it is available round-the-clock. We ate dinner every night in the dining room but always had breakfast and lunch in the Paris Restaurant (the above mentioned buffet). The food in the dining room was o.k. - some nights better than others. Our waiter was very slow - but the bus boy did an excellent job. Guess you can't have everything! All other service (especially from our cabin steward) was excellent. I'm sure you'll like the ship. Enjoy your cruise.

EAGLE RAY DIVERS in Cozumel are absolutely fabulous. Their two tank dives are very reasonable, and they take you some wonderful spots.

Paradise is a beautiful, clean ship with very friendly staff. Food and entertainment were great. Check with Captain Marvin's on Cayman Island about snorkeling tours. You can book indepdnently. When we were in the Caymans recently, ALL the cruise lines canceled their shore tours because of rough seas. However, we had booked snorkeling through Captain Marvin's independently. His trips were not canceled and the rough seas were not a big problem. Web site is: http://www.captainmarvins.com/.

Have a blast.
