It is $14 per day.

Thank you, that was very helpful. How do I find out which one to park at, or does it matter?

I'm pretty sure they depart from the Julia St. Cruise Terminal but I wouldn't swear to it. Perhaps someone else knows for sure. Usually there are signs directing you to the ship.
