paying in full or making payments, which is best?

i would like some opinions on both methods of paying for the cruise. if you make payment and you see a cheaper price do you get credits or something. i paid mine in full on the credit card thinking this was the only way i could do it ( did not even ask the agent when i called ) and i figured it would be paid off by the time i went.

can you please tell me the good and bad of each way.

Making payments might be easier, and that way if your price goes down before final payment, then that will be reflected in your last payment.

First of all you have to make sure that the payments do not total more than paying in full. When the price goes down after you have paid in full you can ask for a refund, a shipboard credit or an upgrade. We received an upgrade.
