My ATT wireless cell phone worked in Grand Cayman. And the price was not bad. I tried using the payphone there it was a pain. It was purely by accident I found I could use mycell phone. I'd plugged it in to charge it and when I got back to the ship when I went to unplug it I realized I had could use it. No where in Mexico could I use it. Had to purchasethe local phone card which if I remember it cost $20. It was a pain.
