I tried to use an AT&T calling card in Nassau, Cozumel, and Grand Cayman last December. I ended up using my credit card and each call I made cost $50 each. I ended up turning on my Sprint cell phone and put it on roam and called home for $14.00. I used the Sprint cell phone in Cozumel and Grand Cayman. I hope this helps.
