A good move IMO as the Sterling Steakhouses tha twe have been to on the Sun Class ships offered some of the BEST steaks we have had at sea. Of course the setting under the stars by the pool are with the Caribbean Breezes and starlit skies certainly helped also. :grin The Mexican Specialty Restuarant on the Golden (Desert Rose) was pretty good and had a nice Filet and the tequilla Lime Shrimp were good also. For the $8 charge pp which also included a Free Margharita IMO it was worth the experience..
