Yes, he rules. Everyone loves him. He was on Connie this Feb when I was onboard. I did a little checking for you. No, I don't know why (probably because he doesn't need one) but he does not have a website. Secondly, he is under contract until July 08 on Connie...no further info. However, most entertainers (who are employed under officer status) are given 6-8 month contracts. A well loved act such as Perry can choose whatever ship and sailings he wishes.
My guess would be since he seems to love Connie so much, he will probably pick up another 8 month booking in the fall. You can try to confirm with Captains' Club, they have a list of all "headliners" for each cruise, however, they do NOT have a list of show bands, guitar and piano players, only the main stage acts.
I would probably wait until Oct/Nov (when his contract will be active) and check the boards for Connie passengers. They'll let you know if he rebooked with the Connie. If he's there late fall 08 - he'll be there for your Feb cruise.
