personalizer questions?

Might seem like a silly thing, but do they turn off your access to the personalizer after you get closer to your cruise? Got my docs ( yah!) and wanted to see if some changes had been made, and now it says my confirmation code doesn't exist..
Should I be freaked out?

I have read on several boards lately the Princess is having trouble with the we personalizer right now. If you already filled out on the Personalizer and it worked your docs should match what you entered.

That could be true. We sail next week. Last week the personalizer worked for me, and this week is gives the same "no confirmation code" error message.

I called Princess this morning .... mine didn't exist today either....YESTERDAY, it did. I was told that they are experiencing problems with the CP and should have it repaired by later today.

Hey.....I got a knot in my stomach when it happened this morning, too.......mainly because I had been there checking on some info and changing a phone #! Scared the %#*$ out of me!

Good to read that there's a problem. I called my TA when I saw the "no confirmation" error message!!!! Had to leave a message and I haven't heard back, so now I'll be calm :)
