As I recall, $7.00 a minute. Out of New Orleans your cell phone can roam off a tower somewhere on the oil platforms. Was able to make a call about 8:00pm on the night before we docked. In Cozumel you can find a phone store on the main shopping drag and call the U.S. for $.95 a minute. In Jamaica, we bought a phone card from a store, our driver put it on his cell phone, and for $5.00 both couples called home and checked on the children. Happy sailing.Laura
