I have heard in other forums that platinum members now have perks for being loyal customers. Has anyone seen this on recent cruises or can you offer any info about this before we set sail in two months on the glory.

This service is now available in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Port Canaveral, Los Angeles (Long Beach), New Orleans, San Juan, Galveston, Tampa, Mobile, Jacksonville, Vancouver and New York. If you are entitled to these special services, please ask for our VIP Check-in immediately upon arriving at the cruise terminal.

We are platinum and went right from the back of the long line during embarkment to the concierge club and were whisked right on the ship. The "only" other thing we got were the pins and a bottle of Korbel.
