The cruise line rules are.... If someone in a cabin is under 21 they must either be booked in a cabin with someone who is 25 or older or be booked in a cabin that is directly next door to or directly across the hall from their own parents If someone is under the age of 21 not traveling with their own parents there is a parental permission form that needs to be filled out and signed by the parents and by someone traveling who is designated as chapperone.
