It was a Carnival Personal Vacation Planner that we are using. I called Carnival directly the first year and he was the one I got so we have been using him ever since - been very happy with him. That's why I'm having such a hard time understanding these problems. I guess it is because he wants to help me - but we are dealing with 18 year olds. I just don't want to get to Jacksonville to the pier and someones child not be able to get on the boat. Or have a problem with any of the rooms once we get on. A beach vacation for them sounds better and better. I just wish I wasn't involved with any of it because I DON'T want any parent to blame me for anything. And you know how other people can get - especially about their children.
