Been to Naples several times and you'd be stretching it to do both.If it were me, I'd say: definitely do Pompei and/or Herculaneum. Extremely interesting. Also, try to see the Archeological Mueseum. One time, I took the water ferry to Capri independently and it was a mad house. It was beautiful, but not sure I'd ever do it again.
