We just returned on 2/23 from our cruise on the Norway and yes, there is definatley a pop program - I believe it was $29 for unlimited fountain drinks - you MUST purchase in the first two days or you are out of luck. You get a coca cola cup with a lid and this is what you bring to the bar (or waiter) and they refill for you. Childrens pop wristbands are $16 unlimited pop. In the morning there is also free orange juice, cranberry juice and iced tea at the outdoor buffet and all day long unsweetened tea. Have a great time - I wish I were still there!!
