There are lots of things to do, it depends what you are interested in. We were at these ports about two years ago and in Cayman, we paid 15 per person for a city tour. It wasn't bad. If you like the beach, we have also paid about 10 to go to a beach on Cayman and Cozumel. There is also a lot of shopping available at each port.CJ
