If we arrive at the port around 11:00 am will be be able to get on early?
also does anybody know anything about the cat. 11 suites? Any extras?

Usually it will be around noon before boarding begins. Depends on how debarkation went for last weeks passengers. In most ports, cat. 11 & 12 guests get priority boarding; think it's called the Skipper's Club. Check with the cruiseline or your TA.

Cruzman's right. You qualify for the skippers club. Just say skippers club to any of the Carnival reps when you reach the check in area, and you'll be taken to a seperate check in line and then escorted to your cabin.
