Any ideas about fun things to do at Belize, Cozumel, Isla Roatan, Grand Cayman?

You didn't say what you enjoy. In Belize many people take the cave tubing excursion. We are going to try to take a boat ride to a nearby caye for swimming. In Cozumel many people like Playa del Sol and Channahkab Park. That spelling doesn't look right. In Grand Cayman some go to Seven Mile Beach and some take the swim with the stingrays excursion.

Thanks for the feed back. To 'follow up': I enjoy pretty much everything. About the only thing I don't think I would do is scuba diving - though I might give it a try. I love swimming, hiking, being quiet, partying, exploring. Most of all I love the ocean and absorbing beautiful scenery.

If you have never been to Stingray City in Grand Cayman, you would probably enjoy that. We've been to GC three times and are going again in May and we are looking for something different to do this time. We've been to Stingray City twice and Seven Mile Beach once. The beach is beautiful, but was pretty crowded the day we went. We loved Stingray City! We've heard that snorkeling is great at Eden Rock (within walking distance of the dock), so we will probably do that this next time.
In Cozumel, both Chankanaab and Playa Sol are great places. If you want to snorkel, Chankanaab is better for that, but if you want a beach day, Playa Sol would be a better choice. There is lots to do there; we can't wait to get back there in May.

We were at Cozumel in Feb. and really enjoyed the experience at Chankanaab. We didn't see any of the shows, but took advantage of the snorkelling, museum, walk through the jungle and lunch at "El Bucanero".

in roatan look up sante wellness center a wonderful dayspa, and some totally raw snorkling,one of the best parts of our last cruise.
in Grand Cayman we used Capt bryans stingray tour, aboard th hannible catamaran, I really can say nothing bad about the entire day,absolutly the BEST snorkling of my life.
we chose Chankanaab in cozemel & had a great day too. shopping in cozemel is expencive compared to mainland mexico, so save your peso's
