Prayers for son.

Billy 2 has had a very rough time last two years. He went to VA last week first time he has seen a Dr in 2 years. and is starting through all kinds of test in the next month. He has been so depressed, back has constant pain and he has difficulty swallowing. His blood pressure was 220/118 . They gave him some meds and a blood pressure machine to keep track of it. In this two years he lost his job, got a divorce, bank foreclosed on his house, and now his truck quit running. Unemployment is exhausted. He needs porayers for something in his life to go forward for a change. Thanks kids.

Maw, so sorry your son has been thru so much this past yr. Perhaps his getting into a dr & addressing his medical issues will be the beginning of changes for the better. Positive thoughts & wishes are on the way for better days to come.

Just when I think I have problems, I read this. I feel badly for your son and especially for you because you can't really help him except to be there when he needs an ear. I'll send some prayers your way from NJ.

The old "when it rains....". Yes, a good doctor can start him on blood pressure medication and possibly some anti-depressants, for the short term at least. At least he's taken the first step with the appointment -just make sure he tells the doctor all of it - men sometimes "fudge" on what's really going on in their lives.

Oh Maw you know I will be praying that Billy gets the help he needs. I know how much he has done for you & Paw & now he need to take care of him. Its hard but he can do it. Just keep thinking postive thoughts & it will all work out.
