Prayers needed for my father

My father had surgery Thursday for an aortic aneurysm. There were some complications during the surgery (an artery tore) and he lost a lot of blood. He was in ICU until late yesterday afternoon and then was moved out of ICU. Unfortunately around 4:00 p.m. today he was put back in ICU. They think he has internal bleeding. His hemoglobin and platelet levels are real low. They did a CT scan and it showed there had been some bleeding but didn't look like there was active bleeding at the moment. They want to watch him closely for the next 24 hours and he is getting another transfusion. If his levels continue to drop or don't go up, they will have to do emergency surgery. My dad is 85 and not in the best of health anyway. So I'm asking for prayers. Poor daddy only has about 25% comprehension and has been that way since his stroke 12 years ago, so he doesn't even really understand what all is going on.

Prayers on the way for both of you. Love is felt thru the heart and not thru the mind. Even when my mom was at her worse with Alzheimer's I knew that our love for each was there at all times.
