Prayers requested for a family member of a friend

After a seemingly endless wait, the brother of a friend of mine is now scheduled to receive a kidney transplant the first week of November barring any unforeseen circumstances. This has been a LONG time in coming! It will be a 4-step process - his daughter will donate a kidney to someone, and the person receiving the daughter's kidney will donate a kidney to my friend's brother.

We'll appreciate your keeping everybody and their respective families in your prayers.
