If you don't want to fill out the documentation on line, a printed form which can be faxed is included in your shore excursion packet which comes before your documents. According to Celebrity, the guest information form is mandatory and is needed by Celebrity to fulfill the Border Security Act (they need to provide key information on guests in advance of sailing). They also state that failure to provide the information in a timely manner will result in delayed or denied booking.You will need your booking number in order to register online.
