As a T/A, I can tell you that Celebrity and Royal Caribbean are the best to work with both in making bookings and in customer service. Princess agents are usually good too. Some people have really good luck working directly with the cruise lines but newbies don't always know the right questions to ask in order to get the best service. Being a veteran, you know the ropes very well (probably better than some of the T/A's I know). :thumb
