Acually I have no proper concern, and I am not a parent.I realize that there are no instances on record but I would sure hate to hear about a first time because a parents attention was occupied and a child out of curiosity pulled a chair over to the railing to look over the side and lost their balance. It was just a heads up for someone taking their kids for the first time , nothing more or less. We are talking 7 and 9 years old here, curiosity abounds.
