I have sailed POAmerica and Norwegian Sky (the week before they converted it into POAmerica). I would go for the POAmerica only because it is newer. The staff is friendly. As far as the food, amenities, entertainment, I would assume they're basically similar. Check my POAmerica review for more information on the ship.
