We were on the Pride of Hawaii in October. I have to agree with the service. The room was fairly clean. We had an older woman from our homestate as steward. She tried but just could not keep up. We lost our trash can on the 2nd day and did not see her around for the last 36 hrs. Tough tim egetting clean towels from the laundry. We may be spoiled from other cruises but we were slightly prepared for the reality. We went mainly for the transport to 3 other islands and the overnight stays. Most fee restaurants were good but not the excellent service we are used to on a cruise ship.
