APPARENTLY AND FOR A REASON I CAN NOT DETERMINE JUST YET. . The stop in Rupert wiil be for an hour. There will be no tours and pax will not be allowed to leave the ship. The city of Prince Rupert is really disappointed to say the least...... and there were going to be some prety interesting tours. Anyhow my uneducated guess is they finally did the math on how long it was going to take them to get back to Seattle and removed the time from being in Port.
I'm wondering if it has to do with the PAX act/Jones thingy?
