I know you can snorkel at Princess Cays, but is there any opportunity to dive?

Unfortunately no. It's a shame, because Eluthera (the actual island of which Princess Cays is a part) has some excellent diving in spots. Everytime I sail Princess I ask them to add diving excursions to Princess Cays. I hope you'll do the same

You are right, they don't offer anything there, but I called the NewWaves Dept at Princess since I had their number from an excursion problem a few years ago. They are currently mulling over offering some type of diving at Princess Cays. They are considering running shore dives or bringing in an outside operator to run boat dives. Hopefully something will get worked out by the time I cruise in Feb.
