Princess ins. is not very good. I had to put in a claim and first your own ins. has to get involved and they want a lifes history etc. then a very long time later they might pay! Go with Travel guard they are great.But for pre-existing conditions you have to buy it within 14 days of your dep. on the cruise.Laurie :wave
