Meg...Princess recently made changes to the FCC program...I think it occured around mid September. Since I have not made a booking since the changes I'm not sure how this works now. I suspect that you can still book another person in the cabin with a reduced deposit (don't know for sure) but I do know that with only one FCC they are only giving the onboard credit to the person who own that FCC. I'm wondering if this means that if I buy extra FCCs I can use those for someone else who sails with me...be it my DH, my Mom or a friend. One of these days I am going to make a booking and find out!!
